When we were at the Nottingham University Career Fair, the lovely Ariane from Aiesec roped a few unsuspecting sorts from the companies present to have a chat and tell us what they are looking for in their graduates. First I thought I better check who shed spoken to, and see who could be dead interesting and who could be a dead end. The girl done good: from industry theres British Sugar; from food and drink retail there was drinks brand manufacturer Inbev; for engineers theres Cooper Industries who work on the Olympics; and two great British brands: Boots and British Airways. The good news is theres plenty of graduate opportunities out there still.
