Bernstein is the a unit of the Alliance Bernstein Group that produces the equity research that is distributed to investors in the financial community who then make share decisions based on our research. The type of graduates that Sanford C. Bernstein are looking for are primarily characterised by intellectual curiosity and having a real passion for their degree. Bernstein's have found that graduates from some degree backgrounds adapt more quickly. These subjects seem to be those with financial backgrounds, but strangely those with liberal and history of art degrees fair well. At Bernstein when it comes to interviews they want you to show that you want to work for them. They want to see animated answers, they want to be questioned by you and they want you to know about the company and its customer base.
