This is Jon Bowmer from NLP By The Sea and he spoke about the importance of first impressions and making an impact at interviews. For Jon the most important part of an interview is when you walk through the door, that's the moment when you create your first impression. A bad first impression can be hard to recover from and the interview can quickly roll down hill, whereas creating a good first impression fuels the interview and puts you on a great footing. An interviewer is going to have a lot of questions about you so its up to you to create the right tone, and the way you dress can go some way to helping. So what are Jon's top tips?
