The Tibra training programme ideally takes on people with maths, economics or finance backgrounds. We hire intelligent people with passion and drive to work alongside other intelligent people! We look closely at graduates who like a challenge and have entrepreneurial skills or ambitions. Tibra looks for graduates who have good communication skills as you need to be a good team player. Tibra will take staff out of the UK to places like Australia or Amsterdam. Tibra offer a fantastic on-month trainee trader programme fro theory and practical, so youll trading within 2 months of joining Tibra. Tibra is a little different from other traders youll see the traders in their flip-flops and T-shirts, theres still the work hard play hard mentality but there is a more laid back approach, so everyone can share in the rewards of the firm: Tibra defiantly has a more relaxed corporate attitude.
